Mr. Nishikant Bhalerao
Mr Nishikant Bhalerao is the Founder and Managing Director of Laxmii Forex Pvt Ltd. Mr Bhalerao is a first generation entrepreneur. He is a graduate in Commerce from Pune University and holds a Master’s in Labour Law form ILS Law College, Pune. After working in Forex industry for 10 years Mr. Bhalerao founded Laxmii Forex with a capital of ₹25 Lakhs in 2006 the company has grown tremendously since its foundation, the company has grown to become Pune’s best Forex Company. Mr Bhalerao has also been awarded the prestigious Business Excellence award by the Sakal Group in 2022. A biography of Mr. Bhalerao was published in the book MSMErise.

Mrs. Poonam N. Bhalerao
Mrs Poonam Shah-Bhalearo is the Co-Founder and Executive director of Laxmii Forex. Mrs Bhalerao comes from a humble a background and was bought up in Pune’s MarketYard neighbourhood. She attended Hujurpaga School and graduated in commerce from Pune University. She also holds IAFA certificate. Mrs Bhalerao has played a key role in the company since the foundation.
