Laxmii Forex was established with one motive in mind. 'To Provide World Class Forex Services in a cost effective way to our each and every customer'. Hence, We have chosen the motto ‘सर्वेभ्यः समृद्धिः’ meaning "Prosperity to All".
Our Story
Laxmii Forex Limited is the brainchild of the husband-wife duo of Nishikant Bhalerao and Poonam Bhalerao. An AD-II licensed Forex Company established in 2006.
Since inception, Laxmii Forex has successfully delivered a broad spectrum of foreign exchange services to millions of customers in India and Abroad.
Our team of highly experienced and qualified industry stalwarts always prioritises the satisfaction of our customers. We do this by providing excellent value to each and every customer of ours through swift, smart, and safe foreign exchange services. This way, our solutions help customers meet their forex requirements through world-class yet cost-effective service offerings.
We have 4 branches in Pune at Law College Road, Aundh, Camp, and Eon Kharadi. Going forward, we aim to add more locations to make our expertise available across different locations. We aim to scale up our service offerings, expand into new regions and fulfil the forex needs of more and more people through world-class yet cost-effective service offerings.

Mr. Nishikant Bhalerao
Mr Nishikant Bhalerao is the Founder and Managing Director of Laxmii Forex Ltd. Mr Bhalerao is a first generation entrepreneur. He is a graduate in Commerce from Pune University and holds a Master’s in Labour Law form ILS Law College, Pune. After working in Forex industry for 10 years Mr. Bhalerao founded Laxmii Forex with a capital of ₹25 Lakhs in 2006 the company has grown tremendously since its foundation, the company has grown to become Pune’s best Forex Company. Mr Bhalerao has also been awarded the prestigious Business Excellence award by the Sakal Group in 2022. A biography of Mr. Bhalerao was published in the book MSMErise.

Mrs. Poonam N. Bhalerao
Mrs Poonam Shah-Bhalearo is the Co-Founder and Executive director of Laxmii Forex. Mrs Bhalerao comes from a humble a background and was bought up in Pune’s MarketYard neighbourhood. She attended Hujurpaga School and graduated in commerce from Pune University. She also holds IAFA certificate. Mrs Bhalerao has played a key role in the company since the foundation.
